Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled leader who can envision a future driven by AI and has a strong understanding of the Contact Center ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be able to design and rollout new sub-offerings with likely demand in the market and engage and work with technology partners to help build solution designs as well as build project plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

- Drive business value through strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to independently manage executive meetings.
