Transformation Expert for Contact Center Solutions

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the transformation of our contact center services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving and delivering transformation programs, with a strong understanding of the contact center ecosystem and its critical capabilities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing customized solutions to address complex business challenges
  • Managing end-to-end KPIs for contact center offerings under the AIX practice
  • Collaborating with technology partners to build solution designs and project plans

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contact center transformation, exposure to CRM systems, and conversational AI implementation.
