Experienced Automotive Paint Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Painter to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a trade qualified individual to utilise their skills and knowledge in a dynamic environment.
">The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing vehicles to the highest standards. This will involve colour matching, mixing, and applying paint to achieve a seamless finish.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring that all tools and equipment are securely stored and easily accessible.
">Key Responsibilities:- Colour match and mix vehicle after preparation and scheduling for painting.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive colour library.
- Prep, prime, and paint vehicle as per Job Sheet requirements following paint supplier's process.
- Buff and denib vehicle.
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
- Notate any extra paint work required that is not quoted for.
- Report any old damage or poor previous repairs to production manager.
- Clean work bay and workshop areas.
- Coach apprentices when required.
