Job Title:

Casual Test Administrator

">Job Description:
  • As a Casual Test Administrator, you will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a secure exam delivery environment.
    • You will comply with all testing procedures and adhere to company policies.
      • Checking and verifying candidate's identification against test registration; and helping them to set up for test.
        • Explaining the exam procedures and proctoring / invigilating candidates while testing.
          • Troubleshooting with internal departments to fix any technical issues.
            • Escalating any policy breaches immediately to relevant business personnel.
              • Performing light housekeeping duties such as vacuuming floors and sanitizing keyboards after each candidate has finished their examination schedule.

To be successful in this position, you'll have:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience is preferred.
      • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable.
        • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
          • Ability to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs independently.
            • Comfortable working in a quiet testing environment, hearing soft voices, and seeing details from a distance.

This role requires teamwork, flexibility, and availability to work various shifts across weekdays and weekends. You must be open to working flexible shifts in the morning and evening. This is a strictly casual position.
