Mercer Marsh Benefits' Workers Compensation Consultants excel at delivering holistic solutions for Australia's largest national clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Built lasting relationships with clients and collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
  • Develop innovative solutions to address Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges
  • Enhance client performance through strategic risk mitigation methods
  • Contribute to a multi-disciplinary team and share expertise with colleagues
  • Pursue new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Lead the Client Service team and drive national initiatives

Day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Nurturing daily relationships with clients and executives on projects
  • Project managing client deliverables and ensuring timely completion
  • Sharing technical knowledge to inform discussions on claims, premiums, and policies
  • Recommending tailored solutions based on client analysis activities
  • Mentoring colleagues in business development and colleague growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A relevant degree is preferred
  • Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a closely related role
  • In-depth knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
  • A valid Driver's License
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring clients and colleagues

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
