About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned GRC expert to join our team in shaping the future of risk management. As a Senior Principal, you will play a key role in developing innovative strategies and driving process improvements that create business value.

With over 12 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles within professional service consulting environments or corporate settings, you will be responsible for leading complex engagements, collaborating with stakeholders, and building strong relationships with internal teams and clients.

Your expertise in technology risk domains, combined with your ability to understand client needs and articulate clear solutions, will be invaluable in helping us deliver transformative results for our clients.

About the Team

You will be part of a collaborative team of experts with extensive industry and consulting experience in governance, risk, compliance, and audit. Together, we work closely with Consulting Partners to bring the best of GRC and technology together, including data security, data regulatory reporting, and cyber security risk.

As a thought leader in the industry, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior stakeholders, build trust, and help customers determine and deliver against their strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop offerings, diagnostics, strategies, road maps, and business solutions for GRC initiatives.
  • Lead complex engagements through their lifecycle and collaborate with others to identify, sell, and deliver consulting engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Contribute to the firm's growth by recruiting, mentoring, training, generating intellectual property, and networking extensively with industry experts.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in governance, risk, and/or compliance roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business problems.
  • Great communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) to articulate clear solutions and presentations.
  • Proven ability to lead, develop, and guide teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth and development.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Law, Compliance, or Risk Management and Technology would be ideal.
Estimated Salary Range

AU$150,000 - AU$200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
