About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Supervisor to join our team at W Melbourne. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience in our bars and restaurants. This includes engaging guests in conversation, ensuring staff are working together as a team, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in a dynamic bar setting, a proactive and upbeat demeanor, and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to take on new challenges and grow within your career. A current Victorian RSA is essential for this role.
