Key Responsibilities- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service skills and a focus on guest satisfaction
- Coach and develop the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals
- Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase sales
- Manage inventory, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Previous experience as a Head Bartender or Bar Supervisor in a high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Strong leadership skills, with a focus on staff development and team building
- Excellent knowledge of cocktails, beer, and spirits, with the ability to train and educate staff
- Wine knowledge is an advantage
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and customers
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively as part of a team
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, management, and customers
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must have full work rights in Australia
- Must have RSA Certificate
