Melbourne Restaurant and Bar Supervisor

About Rydges Melbourne
Our vibrant Melbourne restaurant and bar will showcase local seasonal produce and exciting on-site facilities. As our new Bar Supervisor, you will report to the Director of Food and Beverage and work alongside our award-winning Executive Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day bar operations, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure staff are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
- Monitor floor operations and provide assistance as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Food and Beverage team leader or supervisor.
- Possession of a valid RSA certificate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and varying shifts.
