This part-time position focuses on delivering career development learning (CDL) and employability services, programs, and resources informed by best practices and evidence. Under the direction of the Team Leader - Student Careers Consultant and Faculty Careers Specialists, the role also contributes to the development of new programs and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement CDL and employability services, programs, and resources for students.
  • Collaborate with Faculty, Division, and student stakeholders to enhance career readiness and employability.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and resources, aligning with the University's strategic priorities.
  • Advance the University's goals related to student employability and experience.
Requirements
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Progress towards or completion of a Graduate Certificate in Careers Education or a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Strong skills in applying career development theories, evaluating labour market information, and using common office technologies.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • A focus on client/student needs in fast-paced, confidential environments.
