What You'll Be Doing

Step into a senior advisory role, with the chance to shape the full lifecycle of planning and environmental matters:
  • Advise on approvals, zoning, overlays, heritage and contamination
  • Draft and negotiate planning/infrastructure agreements and 173s
  • Liaise with government, developers and consultants to unlock strategy
  • Lead client relationships and contribute to internal development
What You'll Bring
  • 5+ years PQE in planning/environment law
  • Strong experience in approvals, overlays, regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, commercially minded and confident leading complex matters
