What You'll Be Doing

Step into a senior advisory role, with the chance to shape the full lifecycle of planning and environmental matters:

- Advise on approvals, zoning, overlays, heritage and contamination
- Draft and negotiate planning/infrastructure agreements and 173s
- Liaise with government, developers and consultants to unlock strategy
- Lead client relationships and contribute to internal development

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years PQE in planning/environment law
- Strong experience in approvals, overlays, regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, commercially minded and confident leading complex matters
