Job Description

The Senior Manager, Profile Planning will be responsible for:

  1. Leading a team of 2 direct reports with a focus on financial and strategic modelling.
  2. Overseeing key financial models related to business metrics, workforce planning, and cost allocation.
  3. Managing end-to-end modelling processes to assess and report financial impacts.
  4. Acting as a trusted advisor to the Director, Finance Planning & Analysis.
  5. Providing expertise in strategic analysis, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
  6. Delivering insights to support executive decision-making, budgeting, risk, and ROI assessment.
  7. Staying updated with analytics tools, modelling systems, and technology trends.
  8. Applying a hands-on, process-driven approach to complex modelling challenges.
  9. Building relationships and influencing across a large, diverse organisation.
  10. Applying a strategic mindset to help shape future business direction.
The Successful Applicant

The candidate should meet the following criteria:

  1. Extensive senior-level finance experience in complex, fast-changing organisations.
  2. Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards, with deep technical expertise handling large datasets and financial systems.
  3. Proven leadership with experience in project management and change delivery in large-scale transformations.
  4. Ability to lead and build high-performing teams in commercially focused settings.
  5. Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
  6. High business acumen with a continuous improvement mindset and strategic planning skills.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Deep experience leveraging data and technology for business decisions.
