The RoleWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate pharmacist to join our team at St Vincent's Private Hospital in Fitzroy. As a hospital pharmacist, you will play a critical role in dispensing medications and providing patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense medications to patients using Fred dispense
- Provide patient counseling and education on medication use
- Support patients, carers, and healthcare professionals throughout the patient journey
- Current Pharmacist AHPRA registration
- Experience in an Australian-based retail or hospital pharmacy
- Sound knowledge of Fred dispense (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS)
