Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the business complies with legislation and contractual obligations and continuously improves its clinical and pharmacy services
  • Lead and manage dispensary, retail and clinical services at Camberwell to service the rehabilitation and mental health wards on site
  • Oversee external pharmacy service operations at Delmont (mental health) hospital
  • Attend and present at key client hospital meetings
  • Ensure the business operates profitably and efficiently
  • Motivate, guide and lead our pharmacy team to provide exceptional healthcare services
  • Actively participate and oversee all daily operational activities in the pharmacy
About You:

We are looking for a pharmacist with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for development and growth for the business. You will have previous experience leading a team in a retail or hospital pharmacy setting and be registered with AHPRA.
