Key Responsibilities:
  • Industry Networking: Promote our visibility in the market through targeted networking efforts.
  • Growth Development: Drive growth by identifying, qualifying, selling and closing new recurring service business opportunities.
  • New PSA Offerings: Develop digitally enabled service products to enhance customer value.
  • Proposal Development: Work with local teams to support the successful development of proposals and estimates.
  • Client Relationships: Establish and build strong client relationships to identify their needs and priorities.
  • Presentation Delivery: Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Negotiation and Agreement: Negotiate and agree contract terms and conditions with clients.
  • Deal Closure: Close deals and initiate handover to service delivery teams.
Requirements:
  • Customer-Facing Skills: Exceptional customer-facing skills or proven sales experience with a hunting mindset.
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills and ability to identify customer needs and priorities.
  • Industry Experience: 5+ years' experience in HVAC, BMS or Security.
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrate financial and business acumen with strong customer relationship management skills.
  • Digital Literacy: Knowledge and ability to embrace current industry technologies and digital service offerings.
  • Pipeline Management: Strong pipeline management experience and proficiency in using Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Results-Driven: Proven track record in delivering strong results with full accountability.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
  • Networking Skills: Excellent networking skills, business-minded, change-oriented and proactive.
  • Security Licence: Ability to obtain your Security Licence.
