We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our award-winning Contact Centre team. As a Contact Centre Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
About the Role:
This is a hybrid opportunity, allowing you to work from home and in our office. You will have the flexibility to choose your working hours, with a range of options available including 3/4/5 days a week. Our team is committed to providing a safe and supportive working environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving issues and queries, and providing information and support to our clients. You will also work as part of a team to achieve sales and service targets, and contribute to the overall success of our Contact Centre.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike. You will also need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. A basic understanding of IT systems and software is essential, as well as the ability to learn new skills and technologies quickly.
