This is a Full-time Fixed Term contract for 6-months.
The Opportunity
In this position the
Product Coordinator
is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the businesses core products and assist in the implementation of the product managers strategic roadmap.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that systems are optimised, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources and time keeping, with experience in UKG or Dimensions systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide training and support to users of core systems.
- Develop user manuals and training materials.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
- Work closely with people and culture team, wider digital solutions, and other departments to gather requirements and ensure systems meet business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for any issues or enhancements related to the core systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with systems.
- Implement best practices for data security and system integrity
About You
- Experience with UKG or Dimensions workforce management systems
- Understanding of human resource principles and time keeping systems.
- 3 years' experience in either a Finance or People Management department
- Experience with cloud-based Financial/ People Management systems and technologies
- Solution-focused with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrates professionalism and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Developed skills in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team environment
