**Job Overview:**

The EL1 Service Guidance and Practice role is a key position within the Agency, responsible for coordinating and assuming responsibility to undertake detailed or sensitive projects that may include performing varied activities involving many different and unrelated processes or methods that impact on strategic or operational outcomes supporting the Agency's objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to provide collaborative guidance to support service delivery.
  • Providing strategic advice about key stages of the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
  • Driving improvement in access and planning processes.
  • Leading a team delivering Agency Guidelines, letters and knowledge articles.
  • Prioritising tasks and providing advice to the executive team.
  • Resolving complex issues and risks across a broad range of activities of substantial depth and significant detail.
  • Developing and managing a high-performing team.

**Requirements:**

  • Australian Citizenship.
