Leadership Role Overview

The Operations Manager will play a pivotal part in the organization's Leadership Team, spearheading the development, management, and monitoring of services in line with the Foundation's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Lead Management, day-to-day operations, and projects coordination.
  • Collaboration with the CEO to develop and launch a new Stay and Play Cafe initiative.
  • Working closely with the Fundraising Manager and Project Leads to diversify income streams via statutory, trusts, and corporate funding sources.
  • Acting as deputy to the CEO.

Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to make complex tasks enjoyable and support the organization in enhancing the health and well-being of babies, children, and young people in the north east.
