Project Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Leader to join our organisation in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and deliver projects from inception through to completion.

  • Develop and communicate comprehensive project programmes to the team
  • Ensure that construction programmes are followed, and deliver high-quality results on time
  • Identify and manage construction risk throughout all projects, escalating issues as required
  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow effectively
  • Lead management of external engineering design aspects of projects
  • Coordinate design management processes
  • Oversee subcontractors on site
  • Maintain HSEQ requirements on the project
  • Produce regular progress reports
  • Deliver exceptional client service
Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in delivering refurbishment and new build projects from start to finish
  • Proven leadership ability in building and motivating teams to achieve excellent results
  • Detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent planning, financial reporting, and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card
