Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Service Coordinator to drive operational efficiency.

This key role will coordinate technician schedules, manage customer communications, and support service operations effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan, allocate work to resources, prioritize safety, compliance, and customer requests in monthly Planned Maintenance activities.
  • Communicate ETAs, attendance details, and rescheduling or absenteeism with customers and stakeholders promptly.
  • Monitor technician progress, ensure accurate data in ServiceMax, manage revisits, and drive backlog reduction through scheduled recovery work.
  • Collaborate with Field and State Service Managers to review performance, identify training needs, and document non-standard events.
  • Support interdepartmental communication between Service, Sales, and Technical Support, handle related administrative duties, and prepare maintenance reports as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer service or dispatch/scheduling environment
  • Strong coordination and administration skills
  • Advanced computer literacy, ideally with service software (e.g., ServiceMax)
  • Excellent communication and customer etiquette
  • Able to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
