Supporting Role

As a key support staff at the hotel, you will be responsible for contributing to a smooth, safe, and enjoyable environment for customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with regular customers and become familiar with their preferences.
  • Assist in overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and venue maintenance.
  • Take charge of leading a team of hospitality professionals, ensuring they receive guidance and support to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may impact the business, minimizing disruptions and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
  • Promote a fun, energetic, and welcoming environment for customers and staff alike.

About You:

We are looking for someone with prior experience in a similar role, who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You must hold current RSA and RSG/RCG certifications as required by state regulations.
