Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT professional to join our team as a Level 2 Service Desk Engineer. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing remote and onsite technical assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support via phone, email, or on-site visits.
  • Resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently, using advanced troubleshooting skills.
  • Assist with Windows desktops, MS Office Suite, printing issues, Active Directory, MS 365, and Windows Server support.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a help desk role.
  • Previous experience working in a technical role for an IT Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory (on-premises and Azure).
  • All-around knowledge of Windows Server, Azure and Exchange.
  • Exposure to desktop, firewall and some LAN/WAN networking.
  • Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driver's license preferable.
