Job Title: Leading Hand
We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Professional to join our project team as an all-rounder Leading Hand.
Main Responsibilities:- Formwork for various civil projects across pipelines, drainage, water, sewer, and stormwater, including pump stations/pipe chambers, concrete plinths, kerb and gutter for footpaths, basic concreting and steel fixing.
- Responsible for maintaining quality and safety standards among teams.
- Previous experience working on water infrastructure projects.
- Leadership experience in construction crews.
- Machines operation skills (Excavator, Skid Steer).
- Familiarity with panel formwork, in situ and precast systems.
- Concrete pouring and screeding expertise.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle emergency situations, and problem-solve effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with colleagues, external partners, and the general public.
