Procurement Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at the forefront of heavy civil construction and complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify suitable suppliers and subcontractors, evaluate their capabilities, and maintain comprehensive procurement databases.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders to ensure alignment on business requirements, scopes, and specifications for RFQs and RFPs.
  • Execute procurement processes and adhere to established bidding principles to deliver procurement outcomes that support project objectives.
  • Manage external and internal stakeholder communication to guarantee effective and compliant procurement practices.
  • Maintain and report procurement activity status regularly during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist in heavy civil construction/complex infrastructure projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and contract knowledge.
  • Full proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal/external stakeholders and partners.
