Job Summary

The Civil Construction Assistant is responsible for executing construction and maintenance activities that ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To conduct civil construction and maintenance work
  • To maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  • To support long-term productivity goals
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in infrastructure projects such as concrete, asphalt, drainage, signage, and street furniture maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • A valid MR Driver's License
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction and flexibility in work approach
  • Able to maintain accurate records and complete tasks efficiently
  • A current SafeWork general construction induction card (white card)
  • Commitment to equal employment opportunity, workplace health and safety, and environmental principles
Bonus Criteria:
  • Holding a Senior First Aid Certificate
  • A Traffic Control Licence
  • Plant operator accreditation
  • A Certificate III in Civil Construction or equivalent qualification
