About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Specialist to drive our expansion in the civil construction industry.

This exciting opportunity will see you identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with developers, consultants, and government agencies, and develop strategies to grow revenue and expand our client portfolio.

As a results-driven individual, you will be confident engaging with clients at all levels and have a proven track record of delivering commercial outcomes.

About you
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in business development or a client-facing role within civil construction, engineering, or property development.
  • A strong understanding of subdivisions, earthworks, and infrastructure markets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities and negotiate outcomes.
  • Results-focused and confident engaging with clients at all levels.
