Employee Relations Professional Opportunity:

Crown Resorts is a dynamic workplace where you can play a key role in creating joyful experiences for our guests and team members.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of employee relations cases, including misconduct, discrimination, harassment, bullying, performance management, and grievances.
  • Provide expert advice on disciplinary meetings, performance management, and grievance resolution.
  • Conduct thorough workplace investigations, manage long-term absences, and ensure effective interventions.
  • Deliver coaching and development to line managers to enhance their leadership capability.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, HR teams, and property leadership teams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with compliance teams, regulators, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that employee relations frameworks align with relevant legislation and procedural fairness across the business.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in employee relations processes and implement best practices.

About You:

  • A tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in employee relations, including case management and resolution of high-risk ER cases.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, particularly around workplace investigations and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a large corporate or highly regulated industry, ideally within hospitality, gaming, or a similar sector.
