Job Opportunity

Lead the delivery of high-value, multi-stakeholder capital projects across multiple sites.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills to direct project teams and manage stakeholders effectively. You will be responsible for leading the planning, procurement, construction, and close-out phases of complex capital works projects from concept through to completion.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage projects or oversee external consultants, balancing scope, budget, risk, and timelines in complex operational environments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment with user needs, safety requirements, and strategic outcomes.
  • Manage competing priorities, stakeholders, and risks while maintaining strong communication.


Requirements:

You must have extensive experience in full lifecycle delivery of complex capital works projects. A degree-qualified background in construction, architecture, project management, or a related field is also essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to lead cross-functional teams and interpret architectural and construction documentation.
