Capital Projects Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Capital Projects Manager to lead the delivery of sustaining capital projects across various disciplines in Western Australia.

This role offers a unique chance to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, focusing on timely and cost-effective delivery, ensuring the safety of personnel and assets, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A proven track record as a Project Manager within the mining sector, preferably in gold operations.
  • Extensive experience in sustaining capital and brownfields projects.
  • Strong site experience, having worked in both client-side and EPC environments, with excellent interface management skills.
  • Sound commercial acumen and ability to deliver projects within budget and timeframe.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage project planning, execution, and delivery, overseeing scopes, schedules, budgets, and risk management.

Lead engineering, procurement, and construction activities, collaborating with project stakeholders, site teams, and contractors to ensure efficient project delivery.

Drive compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Provide leadership to project teams, promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
