Account Manager Role Overview\

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving account operations management, sales, and program management. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and customers.

The successful candidate will possess sound understanding of account or business management processes and frameworks, as well as effective influencing and relationship building skills with credible leadership presence.

\

The role involves operating on one or more of our largest Australian accounts, with a focus on defining tactics, strategies, and programs, as well as executing day-to-day operations. You will also be responsible for managing the account's client feedback program, project managing specific account initiatives, and facilitating account meetings.

\

You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate reported information into actionable findings. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.

\Key Responsibilities\
  • Ownership for account management processes, including forecasting, pipeline management, coverage management, annual planning, and ongoing plan management.
  • Co-development of the account strategy and plan with account leadership team, driving execution of the account plan.
  • Management of the account's client feedback program.
  • Project management of specific account initiatives.
  • Preparation, scheduling, and facilitation of account meetings.
  • Operational leadership to any offshore account support activity (e.g., reporting, analytics).
\Requirements\
  • Sound understanding of account or business management processes and/or frameworks.
  • Effective influencing and relationship building skills with credible leadership presence.
  • Attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communications skills (written, verbal, presentation, and listening/interpreting).
  • Analytical skills; ability to translate reported information into actionable findings.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills preferred.
