About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Leader to join our team in Sydney, Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customer accounts and developing strategies for comprehensive account plans.

This leader will work closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers understand the impact of highly capable AI models on their business and users. They will also partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about artificial intelligence, has a strong understanding of go-to-market best practices, and is excited by new challenges. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on how our operations and scalability are managed.

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop strategies for comprehensive account plans.
  • Partner with solutions and research engineering to build and execute complex customer programs and projects.
  • Work closely with researchers, engineers, and solution strategists to help customers understand the impact of highly capable AI models on their business and users.
