Overview

  • We are seeking a Team Leader to oversee and lead a team of IT Analysts. This position is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a culture enabling high levels of employee engagement and achievement.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and leadership of the area.
  • Provide advice and deliver business aligned IT services.
  • Ensure operational accountability regarding people management, budget, and processes.
  • Lead, guide, and develop individuals and teams.
  • Enable and recognise workforce performance.
  • Contribute to the improvement of policies, systems, and processes.
  • Manage internal and external relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience in representing an IT department across an organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage risks and issues.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and demonstrated ability to guide activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Understanding of organisation-wide policies and processes.
  • Strong understanding and technical expertise in the area under management.
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating a work area or project.
