Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding role in property management?

We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our team, responsible for providing exceptional service and support to strata schemes across Western Australia.

The successful candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records, registers, and databases of strata schemes;
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, notices, and correspondence;
  • Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors, and committee members regarding strata matters;
  • Issuance of levies, arrears monitoring, and trust account processing;
  • Operational Support including coordination of maintenance requests, contractor scheduling, and service agreements;
  • Preparation of budgets, reports, and compliance documentation;
  • Ensure records and files are managed in accordance with legislation;
  • Monitor contractor performance and maintain contractor compliance registers;

Requirements

  • Experience in all aspects of strata management;
  • Proficient in Strata Master, Urbanise or similar software;
  • Qualification or study towards fulfilling educational requirements due to come into effect;
  • Impeccable standards and presentation;
