About the Role
  • Manage front office operations, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Lead a team of professionals, fostering growth and development through mentorship and coaching
  • Collaborate with guests to resolve any issues that may arise, providing exceptional customer service
  • Maintain accurate staff rosters and monitor attendance, ensuring adequate staffing levels
  • Evaluate operational needs and delegate tasks accordingly, coordinating efforts between housekeeping, porters, and door attendants
  • Work closely with management to align departmental functions with broader resort objectives
  • Communicate safety protocols effectively to team members
  • Monitor team performance and provide recommendations for process enhancements
  • Address workplace concerns and resolve employee issues in a fair and timely manner
Requirements
  • Prior experience in hotel operations, ideally with leadership aspirations
  • Proficiency in using reservation and property management systems
  • Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure, utilising organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
