As a Front Office Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in delivering seamless and exceptional guest experiences from start to finish, ensuring our esteemed Members and Guests have a memorable stay.

Your skills include:

- Experience in Front Office, Reservations, or general administration.
- High attention to detail with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable moments.
- A demonstrated commitment to being part of a positive and supportive team.
- Hospitality and/or Tourism industry experience advantageous.

What you'll be doing:

- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional services to all guests.
- Manage the guest room inventory and accounts efficiently, adhering to Hotel Procedures.
- Attend to check-in and check-out of guests in a professional manner.
- Liaise with other departments, including Housekeeping and Maintenance, to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Assist guests with general enquires and provide share your local knowledge to offer personalized recommendations & insights.
