Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to play a key role in our busy hearing clinic, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support to our clients. As a Client Care Representative | Clinical Administration, you will be responsible for welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, and managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day operations of our clinics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes for both our clinic and our clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
  • Prior experience in customer service/administration
