Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Hearing Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing their experience for optimal outcomes, and efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of our clinics.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists) to provide administrative support and help ensure the smooth operation of our clinics. If you have a passion for delivering an amazing client experience and possess excellent communication and organisational skills, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and manage client experiences for optimal outcomes
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
  • Provide administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Efficiently manage day-to-day clinic operations
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on results and best possible outcomes for both clinic and clients
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
  • Prior experience in customer service/administration
