Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the provision of effective HR services.
- Lead initiatives in talent attraction and retention strategies.
- Provide expert advice on performance management and workforce planning.
- Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve workforce outcomes.
- Coach and support leaders through complex matters.
- Manage projects to achieve organisational objectives.
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Employee Relations is essential.
- Extensive experience in HR, recruitment and organisational development is required.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are necessary.
- Experience in managing change, performance issues and workforce planning is highly valued.
- The ability to supervise and motivate staff to deliver on operational and strategic outcomes is crucial.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. They will be proactive and self-motivated, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
