Lead Oral Health Specialist

This is a challenging senior dental leadership role for an experienced professional to lead and manage oral health services in the region. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in general dental work, strong leadership skills, and ability to provide direction to multi-disciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and management of staffing and related clinical services.
- Implement and monitor policies and work practices at state and local district levels.
- Manage and coordinate oral health services, including quality improvement and accreditation standards.
- Supervise and manage oral health teams using quality human resource management practices.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Dentist.
- Demonstrated extensive experience in general dental work, including advanced and complex procedures.
- Leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary oral health teams.
- Operational service planning principles and ability to apply them efficiently.
- High level written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to consult with stakeholders and patients.
