We are seeking a full-time Municipal Infrastructure Planner with experience in statutory planning, approvals, and strategic planning in NSW for our team or someone ready for a senior position as their next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Deliver private sector approvals across various markets, demonstrating expertise in diversity of scale.
  • Engage with clients to support master planning, precinct planning, or regional planning outcomes.
  • Apply a strong appreciation of the role infrastructure plays in land use planning.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to drive exceptional results.
  • Prepare reports to high technical and editorial standards.
  • Manage commercial risks and opportunities effectively.
  • Develop key client relationships and improve existing ones.
Fundamentals We Require:
  • Experience in NSW undertaking statutory and strategic planning.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in an appropriate field.
  • Able to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong communicator and natural collaborator.
  • Desire to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Current driver's license.
  • Experience navigating DA's, SSD's, or undertaking strategic planning at precinct or development scale is highly regarded.
What We Offer:
