As an experienced Principal-Planner, you will be working on statutory and strategic planning projects across various sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, tourism, health, education, industry and infrastructure. You will have the opportunity to explore your passions in planning and development, and ultimately shape the career that you want for yourself.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong industry profile, network of clients and substantial experience with extensive knowledge of contemporary urban development issues. They will lead moderate to large scale projects as a Project Manager, provide oversight of multiple projects and develop the skills of others.

In this role, you will invest in long-term relationships with clients, generate repeat business and learn to initiate new opportunities in the market. You will work collaboratively across a wide range of projects and services within the organisation's diversified portfolios as part of multidisciplinary project teams.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
