
Clinical Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Team Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care services, leading a team of clinical staff, and collaborating with other stakeholders to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess relevant tertiary qualifications, current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse, and previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector, including aged care. They will also demonstrate leadership and influencing skills, effective interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency in a wide range of IT applications.
The role involves providing individualized support that enhances residents' quality of life, leading continuous improvement across clinical and lifestyle services, and ensuring all clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time. The Clinical Team Leader will also work closely with the General Manager to ensure care governance and quality compliance.
Responsibilities:- Lead all clinical services in line with established processes and policies.
- Provide quality care services and professional practice.
- Oversee and encourage the implementation of continuous improvement activities across clinical and lifestyle services.
- Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and on time.
- Coordinate and support scheduled audits and clinical indicators per the schedule.
- Ensure resident health records and clinical documentation are current and relevant.
- Ensure best practice medication management guidelines are observed and regularly monitored.
- Work with the General Manager to ensure care governance and quality compliance.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or Australian-recognised equivalency.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse.
- Previous senior clinical care experience in the health sector with clinical experience in aged care.
- Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.
- Strong understanding of care assessment in the Aged Care Sector and use of AN-ACC.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in a wide range of IT applications.
- Flexibility to balance work and life.
