About The Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical and leadership support to the Home Manager, ensuring seamless care delivery through guidance and leadership to the Care Team.

A key aspect of this role is to deliver quality and clinical improvement projects at a Care Home level, driving excellence in resident care.

Requirements
  • Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Working knowledge of WH&S and Infection Control principles.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector with a proven track record.
  • Quality Assurance Certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability in quality management using a team-building approach through mentoring and staff development.
  • High level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
