About the Role

This professional plays a pivotal role in our core business of providing expert strata management services to clients. As a customer-focused specialist, you will develop strong relationships with owners and committees, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor for all strata-related matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with owners and committees
  • Delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction
  • Leading and facilitating Annual General Meetings and other committee or General meetings
  • Preparing detailed budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from our specialised departments
  • Applying knowledge of strata legislation to provide informed advice and ensure effective enforcement of by-laws
  • Overseeing the placement of insurance policies and coordinating necessary repairs, maintenance, and compliance tasks
About You

We are seeking an individual who can interpret legislation and communicate effectively with people. Experience as a Strata Manager or similar role is required, along with exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to meet deadlines. A strong understanding of financial reports and budgets is essential, as is enthusiasm for achieving goals and celebrating success in a team environment.
