Claims Support Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Claims Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims management team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients on their journey and utilising your skills to advocate for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist with claims management as a key resource in the claims team
  • Engage with new claimants, understand their needs and onboard them
  • Maintain excellent processing and support standards with a high-attention to detail
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with claimants and clients
  • Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals
  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, prioritising customer service excellence

Requirements:

  • Experience in claims assistance, support, administration or management, preferably across life insurance, but general claims experience also considered
  • Experience in a customer service role and the ability to engage with varied stakeholders
  • Ability to provide an outstanding and efficient support service
  • Personable, proactive and customer focused
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
