Key Account Partnership Executive

This role is focused on delivering high value partner offers to our customers through exclusive and personalized experiences. Within the partnerships team, you will work on creating symbiotic relationships with merchant partners, further developing existing partnerships, and establishing new strategic partnerships that deliver incremental value.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing partnerships, particularly merchant partner offers, and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have a strong background in business development, commercial acumen, and the ability to proactively utilize analytics to drive decision-making outcomes.

You will be responsible for working with external strategic partners to deliver an ongoing pipeline of merchant offers, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and develop new partnerships, and optimizing the merchant offers pipeline via regular analysis of results, customer feedback, experimentation, targeting approaches, and industry trends.

This role requires strong leadership and direction when issues or incidents occur, as well as the ability to provide advice and act as a consultant for new initiatives that impact our offers ecosystem. The successful candidate will adhere to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions, and decisions expected from our people.
