We are seeking a seasoned business leader to drive growth and success for our esteemed clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning strategic relationships, delivering exceptional results, and exceeding client expectations.
- Develop and implement effective account strategies to drive sales and growth.
- Lead a high-performing team of experts from Customer Success and Technical Operations.
- Mentor and coach team members to achieve account goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes for clients.
- Proactively engage with the team to drive results and achieve ROI objectives.
The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in account management, executive roles, or partnerships, ideally in a startup/scale-up environment. Relevant experience in Fintech, selling into Crypto, and managing complex businesses (SaaS) is essential. Strong storytelling, presentation, and writing skills are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning key client relationships and driving revenue growth.
- Developing and implementing strategic account plans to drive sales and growth.
- Leading a cross-functional team to achieve account goals.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to achieve account objectives.
- Collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing Teams to deliver best-in-class outcomes.

Requirements:
