Food & Beverage Manager Role

This is a dynamic and challenging role within the Food & Beverage department.

We are seeking a professional to lead our team and drive the success of our Food & Beverage operations. This includes managing day-to-day activities, ensuring profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Oversee the management and control of labour costs, alcohol, and food supplies
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase food and beverage sales
  • Work closely with chefs to design menus that meet guest needs and preferences
  • Ensure prompt response to customer feedback and reviews
  • Manage and maintain all necessary licenses and industry regulations for the F&B outlets
  • Complete operational reporting and analysis to inform business decisions
  • Lead, motivate, and support the Food & Beverage team to achieve outstanding results
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a management position, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Current certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Responsible Management of Licensed Venue (RMLV) or equivalent certification
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure
  • A positive attitude, energy, and passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
